Continuing

Swanshurst Sixth Form Centre offers a curriculum which gives the maximum choice to students.

A wide range of advanced and vocational courses is available and each student is supported in making the right choices for their individual needs.

We pride ourselves on our excellent support for students during their time in the Sixth Form Centre.

Students have a personal tutor who monitors their progress.

The tutor also negotiates individual targets to help all achieve their potential.

We promote positive relationships, high expectations and excellence.

Students benefit from expert tuition and a variety of learning opportunities.

They enjoy their time in the sixth form as well as pursuing excellent personal results.

Students have the opportunity to be involved in conferences with other sixth formers, take part in innovative subject-based projects at local universities, participate in work shadowing and work related learning, and take advantage of the many extra-curricular activities on offer. Debating competitions, theatre trips, team sports and fund-raising for different charities are all part of the day-to-day life of the Centre.

The partnership continues - we are always here to listen, guide, and support.
