Envision

Envision is a highly effective enrichment programme that develops students’ competencies and skills leading to greater employability. Envision’s aim is to develop a ‘can do’ generation of students that tackle a range of social issues through an inter school community apprentice programme. It takes students from the classroom to the boardroom as they complete a series of challenges with the following invaluable outcomes:

• Development of key skills: communication, teamwork, organisation and problem solving.
• Raised aspirations through completing a community project and regular contact with a local corporate business.
• A Professional Reference written by a business mentor identifying their three key skills developed.
• An opportunity to be interviewed by a business mentor and gain work experience.

We have an excellent history with the competition, winning in 2016, 2018 & 2019 – huge congratulations to those teams and all that take part.
