What?

The UCAS widget has been designed to link students and parents to important information about higher education and the UCAS application process.  It is easy for users to increase their knowledge of the information and advice UCAS has to offer.

Why?

Parents and carers with little or no prior knowledge of higher education can find it hard to understand how best to support their son/daughter throughout the process.  This free, easy-to-use widget will help you to access the information you need, when you need it. (Technical information supplied on how to host on the website)

Unifrog

At the end of Year 10 you will have access to specialist websites to help you with your research including Unifrog an online, impartial website using a research tool for Post 18 University and Apprenticeships showing students how to choose the best universities and Apprenticeships for them. Unifrog will match university entry requirements to your likely performance/find live Apprenticeship vacancies quickly and can help you compare different factors e.g. distance from home, accommodation costs, salary etc as well as linking you to University Open Days/Apprenticeship events.

You will receive full intstructions on how to use the website and attend a demonstration session.
