Shared on behalf of the Living Well Consortium
We are pleased to share an opportunity from the Living Well Consortium, an NHS Talking Therapies charity offering emotional wellbeing support for young people aged 11+ who are registered with a GP in Birmingham or Solihull.
During February half term (Monday 16th – Friday 20th February), the Living Well Consortium will be running a series of free wellbeing workshops and drop?in sessions designed to offer early support to young people who may need guidance with their mental and emotional health.
Sessions will explore a range of topics including:
These sessions provide a safe space where young people can develop coping strategies, ask questions, and access support from trained professionals.
A poster with full details can be found above. Parents and carers are encouraged to register using the link provided on the poster. Once signed up, young people will be referred to the Youth Counselling Service and will receive a booking link to confirm their place.
If you have any questions or would like to find out more about how the Living Well Consortium can support our students, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
