Year 7/8 Netball Match King Edward VI Five Ways

Dear Parents/Carers

The PE department has organised a Netball Match for Years 7 and 8 after school, on Wednesday 22^nd November 2017 at King Edward VI Five Ways School.  Your daughter has indicated that she is keen to take part in the match.

The group will need to meet at the sports hall at 3.00 pm and travel by minibus leaving school at 3.00 pm and return at 5.00 pm..

If you agree to your daughter taking part, please complete the slip below and indicate if you will collect her at 5.00 pm or whether your daughter should make her own way home when you will take responsibility for her safety.

Please ensure your daughter has the appropriate PE equipment with her and she may like to bring a snack and drink with her to have after school.
